Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We currently provide shipping to the main areas in Australia:

  • For scooters in stock, we dispatch in 2-3 business days.
  • After the scooter is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your account for your reference.
  • Normally, the delivery day varies according to your location, but generally 5-12 days to deliver.

The following is a shipping cost list of areas to our Electric Scooters can be shipped:

There is no common delivery service to the following regions, if you need it, please directly contact us for special shipping methods:

  • South Australia: Ceduna
  • Western Australia: Kununurra, WA Far North Coast, WA Far Country, Remote Country W A
  • Northern Territory: Tennant Creek, Islands, N T Far Country
  • Tasmania: Islands

2. Delivery Time

In-stock items typically ship from our warehouse in Sydney within 2-5 working days once the order is placed and payment has been reflected.

Delivery times and fees will vary depending on where you live.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number, so you can track your order(s) from time to time.

We are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation for third-party shipping. Any delivery dates provided by Varla are estimates. 

Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping after the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences surrenders the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur. 

3. Shipping Address Changes

NO FEE for changing the delivery address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.

AUD $150 FEE will be charged if the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address.

If you fail to cancel the item which is in transit, please reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we’ll apply to the carrier, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.

4. Order Cancellation

If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
